Hunter Merritt

Hunter Merritt is a social scientist for the Institute for Water Resources, part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His work and interests in flood risk communication, public participation, and interagency collaboration have led to more than a decade of experience in facilitation and conflict transformation for some of the Nation’s most difficult water management problems. Merritt is also a lecturer at California State University, Sacramento, focused on topics related to recreation, parks, and tourism.
